Yes it does. Technology marches on, tools become obsolescent, malware mitigation become more and more sophisticated and developers move on to new projects. For these reasons and more it was time to update the architecture of this website and put it on a firm foundation for the future.
There are a few functional changes as well as the visual ones but I hope those will be easy to navigate. Note that the user forum link now appears (if you are logged in) in the "User" menu at left.
